No turkey yet, but a pair of pulled Hammies

So my hamstrings are just now recovering from last weeks class and it’s again tomorrow. IF I make it to class (stupid eye appointment), I truly wonder what I’ll be able to do. I’ve stretched til I just can’t stretch no mo. I’ve iced away the pain and popped some pills. I can walk upright now but can barely do basic barre movement properly. I’m going to go dressed for class to my eye appointment, but is it okay to half ass a class or just not go?

I’ve been using this a lot lately.
