Am I an old lady?

Okay, I am a Jill of all trades. I love doing a lot of things. I have lots of hobbies!
Ballet.
Hula hooping.
Crochet/knitting.
Dog events.
Roller skating.
Zumba.
I can make anything out of anything.
Organizing.
XBOX 360 games.
And puzzles.

Yes I love puzzles. Actually, until I got the Jigsaw Puzzle app by Critical Hit Software for my iPad, I didn’t realize how much I had loved them. It all came back to me, the times I would play with my mom or dad. But now people make fun of me for being an old lady. It’s bad enough I feel that way and I haven’t even hit forty yet. The thing is, I’ve felt this way my whole life so it’s a sensitive subject. Okay I Haven’t always felt the grandma status, but I have ALWAYS been older than my friends and colleagues. Just coincidence but it still got to me a little. The good part is that I don’t LOOK my age, but life is catching up with me and I’m freaking out just a little.

Doesn’t anyone else like puzzles too? I’m on my iPad. It’s not like I have on a cardigan, Coke bottle glasses and 72 cats swarming around me. I’m high-tech, dammit!

One of my first puzzles. Leanie! ๐Ÿ˜€

  1. Haha good for you!! Everybody likes something for which they sometimes get laughed at ๐Ÿ˜‰ I love reading Candlelight historical novels (yes, the cheesy ones..) Everybody says I should be at least a single, ugly, 60 years old virgin to read those things. I just enjoy it! It’s brainless entertainment and it takes me into the world of romance and history. Just sayin’, we’ve all got our little guilty pleasures ๐Ÿ˜€

  2. I LOVE your new blog layout. The white/gray on black was a little hard to read. This is lovely and welcoming! ๐Ÿ™‚ I crochet as well ๐Ÿ™‚ In middle school my friend and I were going to have a Peeing Puzzle People club because we had to pee all the time and we were going to work on puzzles together. ๐Ÿ™‚
